No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the personalized, spiritual, and made-to-order nature of every product and service offered by The Blonde Astrologer, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are offered under any circumstances once a purchase has been made.
What This Covers
Astrology Readings
Each reading is bespoke, personally cast, and prepared using your exact birth data. The time and expertise invested cannot be recovered once work begins. No refunds are available after booking.
Spell Services
Every spell is custom-crafted, timed to planetary conditions, and performed specifically for you. Spiritual work cannot be undone or refunded once set in motion.
Zodiac Baby Tees
Apparel is produced to order. Due to the custom nature of each piece, all apparel sales are final and non-refundable.
Spell Candles
Candles are spiritually prepared and charged specifically for each buyer. All candle sales, including pre-orders, are final and non-refundable.
Delivery Timelines
Standard
Readings and spell services are delivered within 5–7 business days of booking. Physical orders ship according to the rate selected at checkout.
Expedited
For an additional CA$50, readings and spell services can be expedited to 1–2 business days. The expedite fee is non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof and we will arrange a replacement. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy and applies solely to tangible goods, not to readings or spell services.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer for a transaction that conforms to this policy is a violation of these terms. Any such dispute will be contested with the full transaction and communication records.
